To give you an even more rewarding shopping experience, we are thrilled to announce that from 1 September 2023, the Cathay Lifestyle Mobile App will be undergoing a major upgrade packed with new and enhanced features to elevate your shopping experience with us.
The current rewards program will cease with effect from 1 September 2023 to make way for the launch of app 2.0. Receipts submitted after 1 September 2023 will not be accepted due to the ongoing upgrade.

What can I expect in the new update in September?
We will be introducing a new loyalty program with exciting in-app features to reward you when you shop, dine or play in any of our Cathay Malls.
How do I unlock these new features?
New users are required to download the app on AppStore or Google Play and register an account to get started.
For existing users, simply update your app to the latest version on the AppStore or Google Play.
Is the app still free?
Yes! The app is free and always will be.
Can I still scan my receipts to redeem the $10 e-voucher from 1 September?
The current rewards program will cease on 31 August 2023, 2359hrs. Scanned receipts after this cut-off date will not be accepted till the launch of the new features.
When will these new features be made available to me?
These new features will be available from mid-September onwards. All existing users will be notified via email and app nearer to the date.
What will happen to my unused e-vouchers after 31st August?
Your earned e-vouchers will remain in your e-wallet and will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
